Can I customize if my wall cabinet width is not a standard size?
The regular version covers standard wall cabinets with a width of 500-900mm. If your wall cabinet is a non-standard size, we support size customization service. You can contact customer service to provide your internal cabinet size, and we will adapt an exclusive solution for you.
Will it get stuck or shake when rotating?
It adopts a double-bearing rotating structure, and the thickened carbon steel main pole is fixed stably. As long as the items are placed evenly, the rotation is very smooth and silent, and it will not get stuck or shake.
Can I only buy the trouser rack or only the storage basket?
Yes, we have multiple configuration models to choose from. Separate clothes hooks, separate trouser racks, 2-tier combinations, and 3-tier full storage baskets can be purchased separately. Please contact customer service for details.
Is the anti-collision function sensitive? Will it stop when it hits dishes?
Built-in high-sensitivity pressure sensing system, when the resistance ≥5N is encountered during lifting, the rebound will be triggered. It will stop immediately and rebound when it hits dishes or hands, and will not damage items or pinch hands.
